Edgewater at Clover Ridge is a community of 59 homes built between 2006 and 2008 by Hayden Homes. The community is located in Albany’s Northeast to the east side of Clover Ridge Rd just north of the Dairy Mart. For I-5 commuters, Edgewater at Clover Ridge is ideally situated.

The homes in the neighborhood are all built in a Craftsman style, and the floor plans, both single level and two-story range in size from just less than 800 square feet to nearly 2600.

Linn County Fairgrounds and Expo Center as well as Timber Linn Park and the armory are all located within a mile of Edgewater at Clover Ridge. Two of Albany’s new schools, Timber Ridge and Meadow Ridge are also located just a short distance from the community.
